There are several different types of Relaxation Techniques.

Therapists combine modalities to encourage a peaceful spirit while turning the body to mush!





Swedish Massage
A Swedish Massage
increases circulation, tones the skin, reduces heart rate, blood pressure and so much more. 
Aromatherapy:
Try a Warming Blend like Peace and Calming or Lavender Rosemary Mint for those cold and aching joints.  
Myofascial Therapy:
A Slow massage that works  relax with the body.  Muscles relax at their pace.  
Music unlocks the Soul:
Like the sense of smell, music triggers memories.   Relaxation is greatly affected by the music you listen to.  All types of music are available for you to choose from.  If you don't hear something you like, just make a request!
Meditation:
A great meditation during the massage is to focus on unwinding or untying knots of tension in the muscles. 
 
Another favorite is to imagine a ball rolling through the tight areas, pushing the tension away.
Shiatsu
Done fully clothed.  Energy is palmed through the meridians encouraging a healthy body,mind and spirit.  Perfect for a first massage and for those seeking tranquility.   






A Detoxifying Session is the perfect choice for a truly Relaxing and Healing Experience. 
There are two Detoxifying Massages to choose from:
 
Lymph Massage- $70
Medium pressure is applied with long fluid strokes pushing the lymph through the body.  
 
Raindrop- $100
A very light massage where herbal essential oils are dropped along the body.  Moist heat packs are also applied to encourage detox.
